About the event
Write to Release is an effective practical tool to help support positive thoughts, and emotional healing, through expressive writing.
It can help to build self- esteem and confidence giving the opportunity to be free to express yourself.
Writing is a simple tool that we use every day in life, whether that be pen to paper or using the computer but, it can also be quiet challenging, especially when it comes to writing about our feelings and emotions.
We tend to put a lot of pressure on ourselves when it comes to talking about how we feel, so why not write about it instead.
Writing about what’s going on in our mind, the pain we feel in our heart, can sometimes be quiet a scary thing to do, we may even be afraid because it means facing things that we may not want to. If we bury our head in the sand and don’t see what’s really going on, then, it’s not happening.
When we hold onto situations that have happened in the past and letting those feelings build up inside, this can have more of an impact on us later in life.
