How writing became my saviour

No one can really understand the adversity and challenges you go through, unless, they have been through them themselves. I have had so many curve balls thrown at me just like you have.

 Emotional Trauma. Physical, Mental, Verbal Abuse. Anxiety. Stress. Depression. Loss and Ill Health.

The thoughts I was having made me feel like there was just no way out, that no one, or anything could help me. My mental health was all over the place. Nobody can possibly understand.

 I felt helpless and hopeless, sad, angry, and alone. How was I going to get through this and get my life back? Can you relate to this?



When I discovered that my soul purpose was to write and bring emotional healing to others through the written word It was then it hit me, that every book I have written has also given me healing in one way or another, so I know how much writing can help.


It was when I came to the realisation that every thought we have, brought with it a feeling, and it’s those thoughts that make us feel the way we do, which can have an impact mentally, physically, and emotionally.



The written word is very powerful and empowering especially when they are your own words. That is why I want to help you, to release your thoughts and feelings in a positive way.

Not only is it good for the mind, but also the body and soul.

It is a process that takes time, but you may start to see improvements in your mental and physical health after a short period.

 There is physical as well as emotional benefits to writing, It’s like a magic ingredient.


Not only does it strengthen the immune system, lowers blood pressure, reduces stress and anxiety, expressive writing can also assist in regulating emotions. It helps to manage your feelings.


Some of the world’s greatest writers used the written word as a means of dealing with their own demon.

I can give you the tools and techniques to go to so that you can release anything when it shows up for you - in your life. But it’s you that creates the result.


Close your eyes for just a moment and image what It can look and feel like to be free from all the things that no longer serve you, to wake up in the morning thinking positive thoughts and your heart feeling lighter.

The Solution

Grounding and protection meditation.

Reconnecting with Mother Earth helps us to quieten the mind and to be in the present moment. Being around negative people or situations can be mentally draining so it's important to protect your energy.

Heart Energy meditation.

When we open our heart to forgiveness we open our heart to receive peace and calm. Forgiveness is not about forgetting, it is about no longer holding on to the things we can not change and that starts from within you.

Visualisation meditation.

This helps us to release the negative images that we create in our mind and replace them with positive happy images. This can be emotionally freeing.

Releasing your thoughts and feelings through expressive writing.

This is where you will release all the pain you have been holding on to, freeing yourself from what has been holding you back and moving forward.

Rewriting your story.

Even though you can't change what has happened in the past, you can change the story you tell yourself. This gives you the opportunity to recall the good times and the happy memories you have.

Letting it go.

This is probably the hardest part of your journey. Now you have released and rewrote your story it's time to let it go so you can start living in the moment. Remember, it's okay to have these feelings, but it's also okay to let them go. This does not mean you are letting go of the loss of a loved one.
